Return & Cancellation Policy – Cozy Scribbles Company

At Cozy Scribbles Company, your stationery is created and packaged with care. Because of the nature of journals, personalized notebooks, and stationery gifts, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you ever have an issue with your order, please contact me directly. I respond within 24 hours and will do my best to resolve the situation quickly.

Cancellations

• I gladly accept cancellations.

• To receive a full refund, your cancellation request must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Gift Orders

• Orders marked as gifts will not include pricing details in the package.

• Gift orders follow the same no-return policy.

• If there is a problem with a gift order, the purchaser or gift recipient must reach out to me within 7 days of delivery for review.
